COURSE: Leading Teaching and Learning 2024

This is a two day course for current or aspiring senior leaders in secondary schools on leading teaching and learning. The course will take place in two halves.

Day One will be delivered live on Friday 14th June 2024.

Day Two will be planned in response to attendee requests and questions following Day 1, and released as a recording on Friday 28th June 2024.

The course will cover:

• Driving school improvement
• Establishing effective QA processes
• Staff Development
• Preparing for inspection
• Strategising for competing priorities
• Working to support SEND, EAL, PP and other groups
• Working across multiple subject areas
• Managing a team
• Establishing and growing a research culture

The full recordings of both days will be available to stream for a full year after the event, so you can join live, or watch in your own time.
