How do I log in to my account?
  1. Go to ‘Log in to my account’
  2. If you already have a login and password, log in. If you don’t yet have a password, click ‘forgot your password?’ to set a new one. Follow the instructions to verify this password via the email address you used to make your purchase.

I have made a purchase in the shop. Where do I find my content?
  1. Log in to your account (see instructions above)
  2. When you are in the ‘My Account’ area, click on ‘Memberships’ in the table of options.
  3. From here you will be able to access all your purchased content – simply click on the product you want to see and you will be taken to the content page.

I have purchased a session which hasn’t happened yet. How do I log in to the live event?
  1. Log in to your account (see instructions above)
  2. When you are in the ‘My Account’ area, click on ‘Memberships’ in the table of options.
  3. From here you will be able to access all your purchased content – click on the live event you have purchased
  4. You will see the Zoom link and other information on the product page
  5. We recommend that you login to live events 5 minutes prior to the start to ensure that you don’t have any tech issues

I have purchased a session which will take place live, but I can’t make it to the live event. What should I do?

We know that the set times and dates of our online CPD sessions won’t work for everyone. We also know that plans change, family or friends might need us at the last minute, or we might just have a date with the sofa and a night off! That’s why online CPD is so great – it is super-flexible. All Jenny’s live sessions are recorded, and you will automatically get access to the recording to stream for 12 months. It doesn’t matter if you miss the live session, and you are free to drop in and out of live sessions if needed.

I have purchased a membership – where can I find the discount code for money off courses?

ECT and Individual Members get 20% off the cost of courses. School Memberships get 35% off for multiple users.

To see the discount codes for these courses, see the instructions below.

For ECT and Individual Members:

  1. Log in to your account (see instructions above)
  2. When you are in the ‘My Account’ area, click on ‘Memberships’ in the table of options.
  3. From here you will be able to access all your purchased content – click on the membership you have access to (this will be Individual or ECT)
  4. Click on ‘Content’ in the table of options.
  5. At the top of the list of content, you will see a page called: ‘Membership Discount Codes’ – click on this to view codes.
